Update conftest.py (#2070)

1. Type Hints: Added type hints to all functions for better clarity.

2. Docstrings: Added or improved docstrings to explain the purpose of each function and fixture.

3. Unused Imports: Ensure that all imports are necessary; remove any that are not used in the file. (This step requires checking the rest of the file or project to confirm usage.)
