Remove Taipy Designer banner and correct some typos (#1723)

* Remove Taipy Designer banner and correct some typos

Remove the Taipy Designer: The banner posted on July 4th hasn't brought enough traffic or any leads, so we can/need to remove it as our ICP isn't on this platform.

Plus some typos were in the whole description such as:
- all the <br /> were between ` `
- some links were also between ` `

* Update README.md
